Our trampolining classes
Following the British Gymnastics Trampolining Proficiency Awards Scheme, our trampolining classes teach the fundamental actions, shapes, and landings in trampolining. From learning simple tricks to impressive air stunts, it’s a sport that is exciting, fun, and welcoming from day one!
We have classes that cater to different age groups, including:
- Preschool Trampolining - an introduction to trampolining for 3-4 year olds
- Junior Beginner Trampolining – for beginner level gymnasts, suitable for children aged 4-18 years
- Junior Advanced Trampolining – for advanced level gymnasts who want to develop their moves
- Adult Trampolining – for learners aged 18+ years wishing to gain new skills and build on their current ones
All classes can be adapted for different abilities.

Children's trampolining classes
Our classes provide a great place for kids to master their first jump and move on to practice more advanced techniques – all in an encouraging, fun space!
Our Preschool Trampolining classes are catered towards children aged 3-4 years old, then we have Junior Beginner and Intermediate Trampolining classes for children from the age of 4 all the way to 18-year-olds. We also offer Junior Advanced Trampolining classes for children who want to learn more advanced routines.

Adult trampolining classes
Adults can enjoy the fun too! Suitable for all levels, our Adult Trampolining classes are a go-to for adults wanting to make exercise fun. Practice any skills you may already know while developing new ones as you build your confidence on the trampoline. As you’ll be learning with other adults, it’s a great way to socialise and meet new people too.
British Gymnastics Trampolining Proficiency Awards Scheme
We follow the Trampolining Proficiency Awards Scheme from British Gymnastics, a programme that takes learners through a progressive trampolining journey in a positive, encouraging environment. From the first bounces as a beginner to becoming a trampolining pro, each part of the scheme offers a variety of skill development and technical progress.
