What should I wear?
We recommend to wear comfortable trainers or walking boots which give you good grip and ankle support for walking.
As for clothing, we recommend you wear what is suitable for the weather on the day and it could always be helpful to pack an extra layer or too in case the weather changes on your walk.
Ramblers has some fantastic information on getting set for your first walk which you can read here.
