Good Boost
Supporting you through chronic pain
Good Boost
With almost one third of the population, over 20 million people, in the UK having an MSK (Musculoskeletal) condition, such as arthritis or back pain, we are on a mission to support and show how exercise and activity can improve symptoms and help manage pain.
What is Good Boost?
The aim of Good Boost is to improve people’s lives by supporting people (above the ages of 18 years) with an MSK condition to help get them moving with gentle water-based exercise in a fun and social environment.
Our sessions are personalised to the customer using a waterproof tablet. Customers input their information and the programme will create a Good Boost personalised aqua mobility programme to follow that is suitable to their own physical needs.
The Good Boost programme allows you to follow the exercises in the pool and progress at your own pace. It has been built by expert clinicians to reduce pain and improve strength and mobility. Check out Good Boost in action here!
Sessions in Northumberland will be managed by Helen, an expert member of our team, who can help support customers with any technical questions about the tablets.
We offer Good Boost aqua therapy sessions at Wentworth Leisure Centre and Blyth Sports Centre
