Table Tennis is a fun, entertaining and easy sport to play whilst being a great way to keep fit and get in shape.  It will challenge your hand eye co-ordination and reflexes therefore improving speed, strength and agility.

It's also a cost effective way to keep the kids entertained during the holidays.

Getting started 

You don't need to be a member to book a table tennis session, simply find your centre by following the link below and scroll down to their timetable.  Select sports and follow the links to make a booking.  Alternatively give them a call and our team will be happy to help.

If you don't have the kit don't worry.  Most of our centres offer the ability to hire bats and balls, or you can buy them in our shops.

Once you are booked, use the handy videos below for inspiration on how to engage the children in fun activities before working up to a full game.
