How to choose a new course in Course Hub

When your child completes their current level/stage, our team will mark your child as ready to move. 

In Course hub you will see a grey move button under their name. This indicates that it’s time to choose a new class.

The video below, will guide you through this simple process that will allow you to see available classes and choose your new class. Once you have made the move simply turn up to the new class.

Encountering problems?

Our teacher said we were ready to move but I can’t see the move option.

When a teacher passes your child on the current stage it sends a message to our support teams to ask if we want to allow the movement.  Our teams need to release this functionality to you so please allow a couple of days for this to happen as they wont always be working at the same time your lessons take place.

If after a couple of days it’s still not visible please contact your centre for further guidance.

I can’t make any of the available times

We try to offer a wide range of classes on different days and times but occasionally our programme may get busy and there are a reduced number available.  In this instance please keep checking back.  Things do change quickly and people are always moving.  If after a couple of weeks you’ve had no luck, please contact the swimming co-ordinator at your site.
