Jane's story

Improving her fitness isn’t just for Jane’s benefit, she wants to use it to set a good example to her children and show them that looking after yourself regularly should be a priority.

For the past ten years, Jane has been doing everything she can for her children. From surviving sleepless nights, cooking multiple dinners, and getting them from A to B, like many other parents she found it challenging to focus on her own health.

Now that her children are older, with his youngest beginning school in 2022, she finally has some ‘me’ time again and is determined to use it to take care of herself. After years of putting others first, Jane’s own health and fitness levels came second. “I need to get fit, lose weight, make friends and discover who I am again,” Jane says.

Improving her fitness isn’t just for Jane’s benefit though, she wants to use it to set a good example to her children and show them that looking after yourself regularly should be a priority. She’s keen to try a variety of new group workout classes she has yet to venture into, including Group Cycling, Yoga and Pilates.

We’ll leave you with this powerful quote from Jane that nicely sums up her motivation: “I’m ready to put us all first.”

We can’t wait to see Jane smash it in 2024, stay tuned for updates!
