Useful centre information

Useful information to help your visit be stress-free and seamless.

Parking:

There is free parking available on-site with disability bays available. During peak times our car parks may get busy, so please ensure you are considerate with parking and safe driving round the car park. Please note the height barrier upon entry to our car park is 2.1 metres

Arriving at the centre:

• During our peak times*, we recommend that you arrive in plenty of time for your activity. 
• Please use our fast-track check-in points located in reception for the following activities:
  • Classes
  • Gym
  • Lane swim
• For all other activities or sessions please check-in at reception with the exception of climbing. Please see check in with a member of the climbing team for all climbing bookings.

Lockers:

• We have coin operated lockers that take pound coins. These are refundable or you can purchase a locker token for £1.50

* This could include school holidays, evenings and weekends.
