Our low-intensity exercises is specifically designed for individuals who want to improve their strength, posture, and overall mobility through chair-based exercises. Perfect for those who may have limited mobility or prefer a gentler approach to fitness, these exercises are effective in building core strength, enhancing flexibility, and improving posture—all while seated.

Cancer Rehab
Embark on a guided physical journey to recovery, designed specifically for individuals affected by cancer and its symptoms, both before and after diagnosis. Our cancer rehabilitation programme provides a comprehensive, personalized approach to support you through the physical challenges that can arise- whether you're preparing for treatment, recovering from surgery, managing side effects, or seeking to regain strength and vitality after treatment, our expert team of healthcare professionals is here to guide you every step of the way.

Big Sister
Big Sister helps girls aged 9-15 in target areas feel ‘sport ready’ by recruiting a network of ‘big sisters’ to empower and enable girls to enjoy sport, exercise, and physical activity during puberty.
As part of our commitment to helping girls get into activity we are offering a free membership to girls who meet the eligibility criteria*, or a 50% discounted membership for all other girls
