We understand that menopause can bring a range of physical and emotional changes, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. We have got tailored sessions for those who are peri and post menopause including menopause for yoga and our 12-week move through menopause and menopause cafe to help manage symptoms, boost energy and open the conversation about menopause. 

We provide a welcoming and inclusive environment to connect with others with a similar experience to create a community. Our staff are trained to offer guidance and encouragement to ensure you feel comfortable. Whether you’re looking to stay active, de-stress, or simply unwind, we’re committed to providing the resources and support you need during this important stage of life.

Move through menopause

Move through Menopause is a 12 week course, offering weekly 90 minute sessions.

Session are run by our incredible in house team and are split into two elements, the first being information based with the opportunity to open up topics for group discussion and the second, movement based - a judgement free environment where we will guide you through activities on offer within our Leisure Centre.

Join us at our menopause cafe - a safe space for you to share, learn and chat about all things menopause to empower women and ultimately end the stigma around the menopause. 

Led by our qualified Move Through Menopause instructors, individuals will be able to get involved with themed sessions from how to stafe active during the menopause to living life on HRT
