*Memberships are valid for 1 year. To renew, current proof of unpaid carer status must be provided.
Eligibility: Upon signing up for a membership you must provide proof of unpaid carer status, which can include the following: Carers Allowance, CAN card, Referral from carers organisation- including proof of membership, e.g. Wokingham Carers Partnership Card
