What is BODYCOMBAT 100?
For 25 years, BODYCOMBAT has been packing a punch, kick and jab within the fitness industry and we are proud to celebrating their 100th track release within our centre. This new track release will see some amazing new music and moves, crafted by the expert Les Mills instructors and our team can’t wait to share it with you – you’re going to love it!

To celebrate we have a Les Mills master instructor to lead on our big launch event taking place in the sports hall.
The first hour of the event will be the new track release, with the remainder of the class featuring some old school favourites as vote for by our members!

What is BODYCOMBAT?
For those who have never attended a BODYCOMBAT class before, it is one that sits within our hugely popular programme of Les Mills classes. BODYCOMBAT is a fiercely energetic program inspired by martial arts such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Strike punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. This is an empowering workout with expert coaches to guide you through the series of hooks, jabs and uppercuts - no previous martial arts experience required, just bring the energy!
