Join us on Thursday 7th November from 2.00pm - 5.00pm for a health and wellbeing day at William Gregg VC Leisure Centre partnered with Arch PCN
On the day there will be
- Free drink
- 5 day for William Gregg VC Leisure Centre
- Health check by Live Life Better Derbyshire
The health check will include:
- Blood pressure checks
- Stop smoking support
- Help with getting active (free 5 day pass at William Gregg VC Leisure Centre!)
- Support around reducing alcohol
- Healthy eating advice
- Free tea/coffee
We will also have a range of different partners from the local community supporting the event who will be on hand to offer advice and support around the services they offer.
