Health and wellbeing day

Join us on Friday 19th July for a health and wellbeing day at William Gregg VC Leisure Centre.

We have a host of activities running including:

• A 30 minute Wellbeing Walk hosted by Amber Valley CVS
• Free classes including Body Balance from 11.15am-12.00pm and  Aqua Fit 12.15pm-13.00pm

On the day we will also be offering a free health check. This check will include:

• Check your BMI
• Have your blood pressure taken
• Get a visceral fat reading
• Check your body fat
• Have your weight measured
• Measure your height  

We will also have a range of different partners from the local community supporting the event who will be on hand to offer advice and support around the services they offer.
