We are putting on some extra 30 minute classes! 
6.30am - 7.00am Body Combat
7.05am - 7.35am Core Beginner
7.40am - 8.10am Grit
8.15am - 8.45am Body Balance 
1.00pm - 1.30pm Body Attack 
3.20pm - 3.50pm Sprint 
3.55pm - 4.25pm Barre
4.30pm - 5.00pm Core Beginner
6.00pm - 6.45pm Body Attack* 
8.15pm - 8.45pm Grit
*Body attack will be ran by Lisette and we encouraging you to get comfy and wear your PJ's!
