Eligibility to enter

How to enter

I. Entries must be made by purchasing a raffle ticket at Waendel Leisure Centre.

II. Closing date for entries is Sunday, November 17th, 2024.

III. Winners will be selected at random by drawing random numbers from the tickets purchased. 

IV. The prizes include 1x free inflatable party, 4x free Inflatable Fun sessions & 'goodie bags' or 2x Family Swim vouchers and 'goodie bags'. Each 'goodie bag' contains 1x bottle, 1x towel, 1x pen, 1x trolley token, 1x toy and 1x pair of goggles

V. The prizes are as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.

VI. If a prize is declined, or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.

VII. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

VIII. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

I. Winners will be notified privately by email or telephone call the week commencing November 18th, 2024.

II. The Promoter will attempt to contact the winners by email up to two times.

III. If a winner does not respond to emails and/or calls notifying them of their win within seven days, they will lose their right to the prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

IV. The Promoter will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

Receipt of prize

I. Please allow up to 14 days for collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Data protection and publicity

I. Winners agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the competition. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.

General

I. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the competition at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.

II. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
