Arriving at the centre
During our peak times*, we recommend that you arrive in plenty of time for your activity. For all activities or sessions please check-in at reception.
Please note on hot days our sessions get fully booked, so please book well in advance.
Parking
There is free on-site car parking, customers do not need to register their car details. We also offer bicycle parking near reception.
Membership information
To manage your membership, if you pay monthly please contact Harlands Group on 01444 221 052 or placesleisure@harlandsgroup.co.uk. All freezes and cancellations for monthly memberships go through Harlands.

Access for all memberships
As part of Wandsworth’s Access for All offering, free memberships are available for all eligible residents. Eligible residents include:
- Free school meals
- Asylum seekers
- Universal credit
- Jobseekers Allowance
- Housing Benefit
- Council Tax Support
- Disability Living allowance
- Incapacity Benefit
- Carers allowance
- Child and working tax credit
- Income support
- Pension credit
Every day 250 free tickets will be available at Tooting Bec Lido to Wandsworth residents on means-tested benefits.
How to book your free swimming ticket
If you already have set up your free membership and have shared proof of eligibility, click the link below to book your free swimming space.
If you do not already have a free membership, please fill out the form below and a member of our team will be in touch.
Please note that without a membership the 'Access for all' sessions will show up as £99. If you are not eligible, you will need to select one of the other booking options and select the appropriate price for your membership type.
Additional booking information
- Please note pay-as-you-go bookings are non-refundable. We may be able to transfer them to another session of the same type, dependant on availability.
- Members and non-members must check-in at reception by showing their confirmation email or giving their name. To discuss bookings, please contact enquiriestootingbeclido@pfpleisure.org
On-site shop
We supply a wide range of Zoggs swimwear for children and adults as well as a selection of toys and fun training aids. Our staff are always on hand to understand your needs and assist you in finding the right product for you.
If you can’t see what you are looking for, please ask reception as we can order items for you. Or if you’d like to buy online, visit the Zoggs online shop ahead of your visit to us.
Food
You are welcome to bring your own food or enjoy a treat from our on-site café.
Lockers
Small lockers are available for keys, phones, wallets etc. You will need to bring your own padlock to use.
