Travel and parking
Our centre is located in Burgess Hill, just north of Brighton and a stones throw from the A23.
We have a free car park available for our members, including a number of disabled bays.

Accessibility
We encourage physical activity for everybody. Our centre is equipped with a range of facilities to support you however you choose to enjoy your time with us. Should you require any assistance during your visit, we will be more than happy to help you.
Accessibility at The Triangle
In the car park, we have up to 20 disabled parking bays near the entrance, automatic doors upon entrance and a lift located in the reception area.
Our centre has two accessible toilets, one located in reception and the other outside the gym. Both clearly signposted and equipped with an emergency pull cord. Accessible changing rooms are also available for both dry and water activities.
Leisure pool and main pool
We have two spacious accessible changing rooms in the pool area, less than 10 metres away from the pool entrance.
Our leisure pool is equipped with a sloped entry point, instead of steps, to allow gradual entry into the water. Alternatively, a manual hoist operated by a trained member of staff is available for assisted access into the water.
Our lane pool is also fitted with an automatic PoolPod (hoist), operated by a trained member of staff. In the rare circumstance that the PoolPod is out of action, a manual hoist is available.
Health suite
Our health suite has accessible change, equipped with an automatic hoist as well as an electric bed with adjustable height and multiple hand rails.
There is also a manual hoist or T-bar available, operated by a trained member of staff, for access into the pool and jacuzzi.

Costa Coffee
Costa at The Triangle offers customers somewhere to relax, socialise and unwind after a workout, swim or one of the many other activities the centre offers. It features a large seating area with sofas, high stool areas, pool viewing and designated seating for parents with kids in soft play.
Pick up and register your Costa card to enjoy everything from free treats and secret events to unlimited Wi-Fi, bonus rewards and exclusive offers.
A food menu will be available throughout the day for our customers. Start your day with some tasty pastries, porridge pots or (for the naughtier ones) a bacon muffin or sample a delicious range of lunchtime options including paninis, pasta or salads.
We respectively request that only food and drink purchased on our premises can be consumed on site. However, we do understand that exceptions need to be made where there are specific dietary requirements that we cannot cater for.
Your on-site shop
We supply a wide range of Zoggs swimwear for children and adults as well as a selection of toys and fun training aids. Our staff are always on hand to understand your needs and assist you in finding the right product for you.
If you can’t see what you are looking for, please ask reception as we can order items for you.
Alternatively, visit the Zoggs online shop ahead of your visit to buy online.
Facility hire
We have a wide range of facilities available for hire for sporting pursuits, team building, meetings and special events.

Add to the enjoyment of your visit by visiting one of our treatment rooms, which is often being used by two local businesses who are on hand to meet your needs.
