Les Mills Shapes is an invigorating blend of Pilates, Barre and Power Yoga set to modern beats. With small, controlled movements, you will sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups to improve alignment and flexibility

Sessions dates and times:

Sessions will begin from the 30th September and will be on the following days: 

  • Wednesdays 9.30am - 10.15am
  • Wednesdays 7.00pm - 7.45pm
  • Fridays 6.15pm - 7.00pm
