As a Great Britain Athlete & World Champion Kickboxer, I use my passion and motivation to deliver varied and progressive training plans to clients with goals ranging from weight loss to performance enhancement. My mission is to empower my clients to feel and look their best.
Fitness has always been part of my life from being an athlete to working successfully in the gym as a personal trainer for 10 plus years. I have learned many things during my own fitness journey, but perhaps the most important is just how crucial it is to receive consistent, high-quality support and motivation. I understand how people at all levels of fitness can lose heart, become demotivated, and find their progress plateau. I am here to provide friendly yet highly effective coaching to help you to achieve your personal fitness goals and I will be with you every step of the way.
Reece
I am a semi professional footballer using my background in professional sports to help you reach your fitness goals. Arthur
I have worked in the Fitness industry for over 10 years, acquiring a broad set of skills, ranging from mass gain training to creating weight loss plans. I have also competed in body transformation competitions, and understand how to take weight training and weight lifting to a higher level.
I previously served in The British Army which taught me discipline and dedication, but also the ability to stay calm in adverse situations, and my experience at GNC gave me a professional interest in sports nutrition, enabling me to understand how I can enhance people’s fitness through nutrition.
I understand the difficulties people face when changing their lifestyles in order to achieve their goals, whether it is overcoming challenges such as training around injuries or finding new ways of training to get the upmost benefit. I have experience training anxious clients, and clients with a range of mental health conditions, and although I will ensure you are challenged and motivated in your training sessions, I will do my best to make you feel at ease without any judgement.
My focus is on you, helping you to achieve the transformation you desire.

In our first session, we will go through your fitness goals, your desired outcome and how I can help. We’ll look at how you move and if we can make you more efficient. In our second session, I’ll give you a personalised workout designed around what we’ve discovered in our first session.
Arthur
Challenge your body in my tabbing sessions that combine cardio and strength training with weighted vests for an intense, full body workout. Perfect for all fitness levels!
'I have had the pleasure of joining Arthur for a tabbing session. He was very understanding of the fact I was new to tabbing and that I hadn’t done any form of running/jogging in years. Arthur was very informative and motivating. The route that we took, the weight that I used and the timing was just right! I highly recommend giving this a go and I look forward to the next session.'
