Get your pulse racing and boost your stamina with our brand-new BOX12 Hub - a 36-minute workout consisting of 12, 3 minute rounds that combine boxing and functional fitness exercises tailored to your fitness level.

No need to rely on anybody else, just turn up when you're ready to start round 1!
