Chair-based exercise
Try something new
Join us in our very low intensity workouts, aimed at people wanting to improve their strength and posture, through chair-based exercises. Exercise bands are used within the sessions to increase strength for individuals who are de-conditioned or returning to exercise following operation or illness.
Ladies only classes:
- Wednesdays
- 12.00pm - 1.00pm
Mixed classes:
- Fridays
- 12.30pm - 1.30pm
