Useful centre information

Useful information to help your visit be stress-free and seamless.

Site opening times: 

Monday - Friday: 6.00am - 10.00pm 

Saturday & Sunday: 8.00am - 6.00pm

Parking:

There is free parking available on-site for up to 4 hours. If you're there for longer, it is £2 for a pay & display ticket. There are disability bays available.

Arriving at the centre:

• During our peak times*, we recommend that you arrive in plenty of time for your activity. 
• Please use our fast-track check-in points located in reception for the following activities:
  • Just Swim
  • Fun Splash
• For all other activities or sessions please check-in at reception.

Lockers:

• Our wet side lockers have coin operated lockers that take pound coins. These are refundable.
• Our dry side changing rooms are padlock lockers, please bring your own padlock. 

Additional information:

• Family fun swimmers, please follow the paw prints from reception and wait on the bridge to be checked in 
• Soft play is located by our Costa café
• Adventure golf clubs can be collected from reception
