Weight lifting course!

Partake in our weight lifting course and benefit from a variety of strength and lifting exercises to help you achieve your fitness new years resolutions!

This course will be centred around the movements of squats, bench presses and deadlifts and there will be technical support on form and movement patterns, alternative movements and information on how they support functionality inside and outside of the gym. 

The class will be part studio based and part gym based and will cover how to use some of the free weights equipment and machines to help aid gym performance and effectiveness.

Our next course is starting on Sunday 26th January - Sunday 2nd March and will be every Sunday

  • £40 per person for the full 6 weeks
  • 12 spaces available

After the course, all participants will be issued a booklet that will highlight the key areas covered in the course!
