Move through Menopause

Through our expert-led course held at Places Leisure centres, we're harnessing the power of knowledge and movement to aid menopause symptoms, helping People navigate them with confidence.

Developed proudly with our partner, Menopause Movement, the 12-week course is designed to help People stay strong, energised, and in control throughout perimenopause and menopause.

We provide a safe, welcoming environment for those participating to gain an informed, evidence-based understanding of menopause, including what happens during each stage and how fitness can aid menopause symptoms.

We’ve helped hundreds of People better navigate their menopause journey so far. From gym-based activities like strength training, to yoga, and even sports*, there’s a variety of activity options across our centres which provide opportunities to find a like-minded Community, get active, and stay motivated!
