What is it?
This programme is an 8-week Olympic style weightlifting course designed to build your knowledge and confidence in the three primary weightlifting disciplines: Clean, Clean & Jerk, and the Snatch. Whether you’re already familiar with these lifts or just starting out, this program will help you enhance your skills. Prior weightlifting experience is beneficial, but not required.
What will you get?
You’ll participate in 8, 1 hour, small group coaching sessions

First 4 Weeks: These sessions are designed to establish a solid foundation in each lift, focusing on the fundamentals to ensure proper technique and safety.

Last 4 Weeks: Building on the foundation, these sessions will further develop your strength and confidence, helping you master each lift.
