Get ready to become a better version of yourself in our new Move to Thrive programme!

Move to Thrive is an 11 week programme aiming to improve both your physical and mental health through personal training and counselling sessions focused on you and your specific needs. 

This programme includes:

  • 6 weeks of personal training and gym-focused movement with Tash
  • Physical weekly check ins 
  • 5 weeks of counselling sessions to discuss mindset and nutrition throughout the programme with Laura
