Our exciting, instructor-led indoor cycling classes are perfect for beginners to serious cyclists. A fantastic calorie burner for 30, 45 or 60 minutes, simply set the intensity level on the bike and get pedalling.
Group cycling classes provide a full body cardio workout getting the lungs and heart working as well as the legs, bum, back and core muscles.
Yoga
A relaxing class designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance and promote a feeling of wellbeing.
Yoga classes provide an opportunity to stretch, unwind, and release tension, offering a good counterpoint to both busy lifestyles and cardio workouts. In Hatha Yoga we bring awareness to our mind, body and breath as we explore ways of creating balance and uniting opposites.
HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training that's effective and functional! Get the most out of your workout, burn more calories and get fitter and faster than ever before!
HIIT classes are designed so that you work at 100% for intense bursts of exercise with regular short breaks. Intense exercise will help burn more fat and calories than regular aerobic and steady-state workouts.
Zumba
By mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
Boxfit
A cardiovascular fitness boxing class with non-contact boxing combinations – high intensity & fun! Every boxer will have started from ground level, so anyone and everyone can work their way up to a good level of fitness.
It combines use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems with the systematic recruitment of both fast and slow twitch muscle fibres in a manner that not only ensures a diverse workout, but also enhances sports-specific senses, including hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing.
Rig Circuits
Condition your heart and lungs while shifting excess body fat by using the traditional range of simple bodyweight, free-weights, functional equipment and suspension in our intense Rig Circuit classes.
Leave feeling stronger after building up muscle and burn some calories to help further your fitness journey and achieve your workout goals.
