Accessible swimming at Malden Centre
At Malden Centre, we believe that swimming is a sport for everyone. That's why we're proud to offer SEND swimming sessions, designed to be inclusive and accessible. These sessions are one hour long and cost £9.10 per person. Carers can join for free - just bring proof of eligibility to receive your complimentary entry.
Session Details:
- Capacity: Limited to 15 participants per session.
- Facilities: Our centre is equipped with spacious changing rooms, showers, hair dryers, and lockers. Lockers require padlocks, which you can either bring from home or purchase on-site for £6.
- Eligibility: The sessions are open to individuals aged 8 and older who are confident in deep water and can swim at least 15 meters.
Important Note: These sessions are specifically tailored for children with additional needs. To ensure everyone who requires this session has the opportunity to participate, please be considerate when booking. We want to make sure no child who needs this experience misses out due to limited spaces.
