Forever Active

Move well, live well

Forever Active

We are excited to launch our new Forever Active programme in partnership with Kingston Council, and their Move Well, Live Well project!

Designed for over 50s in our Community, our Forever Active sessions consist of low-impact classes and activities which aim to improve mobility, fitness, and general wellbeing.

Our programme takes place across three centres in Kingston including Malden Centre, Tolworth Recreation Centre and Weir Archer Atheltics & Fitness Centre and provides a safe, friendly environment for those participating to get active, make friends, try something new, or even revisit an old passion!

New to us? Don’t sweat it! Our friendly staff and expert instructors are on hand to offer support and guidance, no matter your ability or fitness level.

Also, you can try one of our sessions for free with a taster session! Please call us on 020 8336 7770 or visit our centre to book your first session!
