We offer a wide range of fun activities for the whole family to enjoy in and out of the pool.
From activities to keep the little ones active during the school holidays, to parties for that special day, to fun and active ways to spend some quality family time together - we have something for everyone.
Gymnastics
Bouncing, spinning and rolling, and more…
Our gymnastics programme follows British Gymnastics’ Rise Gymnastics scheme – a modern take on a wonderful, legendary sport. Children of all ages and abilities have the power to shine with Rise Gymnastics.
Learning through fun games and activities to enable gymnasts to develop physically, socially and emotionally, your child will build key foundation skills for life. Achievements will be rewarded regularly with certificates and medals, and you can follow all of their progress in real-time using the Course Hub.
We also offer adult gymnastics.
Active Play and Bounce
A fun and motivating session for your little ones, perfect for children under 5's. A fantastic way for you to keep your child active with a session that includes a bouncy castle and soft play equipment.
- Wednesday | 11.30am - 4.30pm
As this a drop in session, booking is not required. Just show up and join the fun!
Tots Functional Fitness
An exciting, energetic class to music, working co-ordination, visual and motor skills. Great fun whilst they learn!
- Monday | 10.30am - 11.15am | 12 months - 18 months
- Monday | 11.15am - 12.00pm | 18 months - 27 months

Intensive Swimming lessons
During the upcoming school holidays we are running our popular intensive swimming courses. Ideal for first time swimmers or those who need a little extra practice, these courses will work on the skills required to pass each level and build up your child’s confidence in the pool.
- Monday 29th July - Friday 30th August
Lessons will include private 1-1 lessons, pre-school lessons and lessons for stages 1-5+

1-2-1 private swimming lessons
This upcoming school holiday we are running 1-2-1 private swimming lessons to help teach your little ones how to swim.

Turn your child’s party into an exciting day to remember.
There's no fuss and no mess. You, your child and their friends have all the fun whilst we plan the big day for you.
We have a range of parties for you to chose from.

Active Tots Party
Endless fun on our Soft Play equipment, ideal for the birthdays of babies, toddlers and children ages 0-3.
- Available on Saturdays
- £185 per party
- Maximum 20 children with £10 per additional child
Price includes exclusive use of the hall and set up of equipment but does not include food.
Active Bounce Party
Children ages 5-9 can enjoy our awesome jungle adventure bouncy castle and soft play set up with their friends!
- Available on Saturdays and Sundays
- £210 per party
- Maximum with £10 per additional child
Price includes exclusive use of the hall and set up of equipment but does not include food.
Pool Inflatable Party
Can you master the inflatable challenge? Take on the challenge; race your mates and have a splashing time. See who will reign supreme!
- Suitable for 8 years +
- Available on Saturdays
- £285 per party
- Maximum 30 children
Price includes exclusive use of the pool inflatable and use of the changing facilities but does not include food.
Children must be 8 years old and over and must be confident in deep water and able to swim at least 15 meters. Before the session starts, the children will all take part in a swim test which will involve the children jumping in deep water.
All parties are subject to availability.
Teaching Pool Party
Have a ‘splashing time’ with this exciting and fun party! Make a splash and celebrate their birthday with our fun filled pool party.
