All Levels Pottery
All methods covered from pinching, coiling, moulding and slabbing to throwing as you progress. Decoration with slips and glazes is introduced. All abilities welcome, no previous experience required.

Clay Modelling
Clay pottery techniques are used to make hollow models suitable for firing. All aspects of sculpture can be used and developed, pieces of varying sizes and difficulty are encouraged. Use of slip and glazes are covered. Beginners welcome!

Korean Pottery Class
Pottery courses for Korean speaking adults from beginners to experienced potters. All methods covered from basic skills including pinching, coiling, moulding and slabbing to advanced techniques like throwing, decorating, painting and glazing. Bring a PVC apron and wear old clothes suitable for working.
Our Korean pottery tutor is bilingual (English and Korean) and this class is open to all learners.

Pottery for adults with children
Pottery for adults with children is available for parents or carers with children over the age of 6. Please note that children must be accompanied by a parent or carer, maximum of 2 children to 1 parent. Only children up to the age of 15 years can be enrolled.

One off sessions for you to try out our pottery classes!
This is a taster only and you will not be able to keep the items you make. If items were to be kept, this would require two firing and additional input from our technician, which is not possible for a taster class. You may keep the items if you enrol onto one of our term time courses.
