Our Menopause Café

Join us at our menopause café- a safe space for you to share, learn and chat about all things menopause to empower women and ultimately end the stigma around the menopause.
Led by our qualified Move through Menopause instructors, individuals will be able to get involved with themed sessions from how to stay active during the menopause to living life on HRT.

Session dates

Our menopause café sessions will be on a monthly/bi-monthly basis. Therefore, the first session dates are as follows:
  •  Thursday 22nd August, 7.00pm - 8.00pm
  •  Friday 18th October, 1.30pm - 2.30pm
More dates will be released in due course

Topics of Discussion

Our menopause café offers a safe space for women to talk about pretty much anything related to the menopause. Women should leave feeling empowered and valued, which is why we feel it is so important to have these conversations. 
Some topics will include: Hormones and HRT, symptoms of the menopause, alternative treatments, why movement matters, nutrition and women's health, future health and life after menopause and the menopause mindset.
Our session on Friday 18th October is being held on World Menopause Day where we will specifically be focusing on the topic of 'Hormones & HRT.' Let's celebrate the menopause!

The menopause café is located opposite the pool and next to our soft play centre
Is food and drink provided?
Food and drink can be purchased from the café. We have a variety of hot drinks, soft drinks and food items available
