Useful information to help your visit be stress-free and seamless.

Parking:

There is free parking available on-site for the duration of your visit. Please enter your car registration into one of our parking pods located in reception upon arrival. There are also disability bays available.

Opening times: 

• Monday | 6.30am - 10.00pm
• Tuesday | 6.30am - 10.00pm
• Wednesday | 6.30am - 10.00pm
• Thursday | 6.30am - 10.00pm
• Friday | 6.30am - 10.00pm
• Saturday | 7.00am - 6.00pm 
• Sunday | 7.30am - 8.00pm

Arriving at the centre

• During our peak times*, we recommend that you arrive in plenty of time for your activity. 
• We are now a cashless centre. Please ensure you book in advanced online or pay by card when visiting our centre.
• Please use our fast-track check-in points located in reception for the following activities:

Members:

• Gym
• Lane swimming
• All group exercise classes

For all other activities or sessions please check-in at reception

Places/pay as you go members:

• For all activities or sessions, please check-in at reception

Lockers:

• All of our lockers require a £1 coin. These are refundable.

* This could include school holidays, evenings and weekends.
