Partake in our 5-week Ladies who lift course and benefit from a series of exercises to guarantee you the best results

What can I expect:

You can expect to learn the most effective barbell exercises as well as a variety of exercises including:

  • Bench presses
  • Squats
  • Military presses
  • Deadlifts 

The course is considered more of a workshop rather than a workout, therefore it is technique-focussed and aims to help you perfect your skills and learn new techniques. The sessions can be taken at your own pace with support from our professional instructors, so no matter what your ability, we are here to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Who is this course for?

  • Ladies only
  • For ages 16+
  • All abilities welcome

Session times and prices:

Sessions are every Monday at 2.30pm and the first session is on Monday 3rd June. 

  • Member price - £45 for 5 weeks
  • Non-member price - £55 for 5 weeks
