Introducing our new early morning exercise classes!

At Ferndown Leisure Centre, we are introducing three new early morning classes as follows:

  • Group Cycling - Mondays, 7.00am - 7.45am
  • Circuits - Wednesdays, 7.00am - 8.00am
  • HIIT - Fridays, 7.00am - 8.00am
