We offer a wide range of fun activities for the whole family to enjoy in and out of the pool.
From activities to keep the little ones active during the school holidays, to parties for that special day, to fun and active ways to spend some quality family time together - we have something for everyone.
Trampolining
Bounce to new heights with one of our trampolining courses! Following the Trampolining Proficiency Awards Scheme, our trampolining courses teach simple aerial tricks all the way up to big-air stunts. Our courses are adaptive for all abilities. Trampolining helps children build strong, healthy muscles and bones, and increases flexibility, balance, and coordination as well as discipline, self-esteem, and social skills.

Parties at Epping Sports Centre
Turn your child’s party into an exciting day to remember.
There's no fuss and no mess. You, your child and their friends have all the fun whilst we plan the big day for you.
We have a range of parties for you to chose from.

Active Play and Bounce party
A fun filled party with the bouncy castle and party games. Led by our party leader, games included are; dodgeball, football numbers, parachute and duck duck goose. Have a favourite game? Request this to your party leaders
- Suitable for children aged 5 years and over
- Maximum 32 children
Active Adventure party
A fun filled party with the blow up activity centre which includes a slide and puzzles. Followed by soft play, balls, hoops and lots more...
- Suitable for children aged up to 5 years
- Maximum 32 children

Active Play and Obstacle course party
A fun filled party with the inflatable obstacle course and party games. Led by our party leader, games included are; dodgeball, football numbers, parachute. Have a favourite game? Request this to your party leaders

Availability
All of our parties are available:
- Thursday 12.00pm - 1.30pm (Active Adventure party only)
- Saturday 1.00pm - 3.00pm
- Sunday 10.00am - 12.00pm or 1.00pm - 3.00pm
Please note that food is not provided for any of our party options. If you wish to have food, this will need to be self-catered. Please call us on 01922 565670 to find out more.

Active Play and Bounce
Children aged up to 5 years can crawl, climb and clamber through our fantastic Active Adventure Play whilst interacting with other children. The Active Adventure Play also has a bouncy castle attached so the children can bounce the time away.
- Mondays 9.30am - 11.30am
- Thursdays 9.30am - 11.30am
