Useful information to help your visit be stress-free and seamless.

Centre opening hours

• Monday to Friday: 7.00am - 9.00pm
• Saturday: 10.00am - 6.00pm
• Sunday: 9.00am - 5.00pm

Parking

There is limited free parking on and around site. We recommend that you arrive in plenty of time to park your vehicle. 

Arriving at the centre

• During our peak times*, we recommend that you arrive in plenty of time for your activity. 
• Please use our fast-track check-in points located in reception for the following activities:
  • Gym
  • Pre-booked classes
• For all other activities or sessions please check-in at reception.

Lockers

• We have coin operated lockers that take pound coins (these are refunded after use).

On-site shop

We supply a wide range of clothes, badminton rackets, shuttlecocks, padded seats, bags and other sporting accessories. Our staff are always on hand to understand your needs and assist you in finding the right product for you.

* This could include school holidays, evenings and weekends.
