Badminton works your entire body as your legs are moving you round the court and your upper body helps you to hit the perfect return so it's a great all round workout

Pickleball
Pickleball is an exciting sport which combines elements of tennis, badminton and table tennis. It is a fun and competitive way to exercise, suitable for all levels of ability.
