Timetable Refresh

We are making some exciting changes from March...

You spoke, we listened! Based on your feedback, we’re updating our timetable starting in March - moving some classes, adding new ones, and even welcoming fresh instructors! 

Here’s what’s changing:

Wednesdays

  • 6.00pm - 6.45pm: Les Mills Body Pump (was Circuits)

Thursdays

  • 9.15 - 10.00am: Les Mills Body Pump (now 45 minutes)
  • 7.15pm - 8.00pm: Circuits (was on Wednesday)

Fridays

  • 9.15am - 10.15am: Les Mills Body Pump (now 1 hour long)
  • 10.30am: Body Balance (was on Thursday)
  • 10.30am - 11.00am: Les Mills Core
  • 11.10am - 11.55am - Les Mills Body Balance

New class:

Friday, 6.00pm - 7.00pm - Pilates
