Active Hearts supports you in maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle by prioritizing cardiovascular health in a positive, encouraging environment. We create a space led by experts and surrounded by like-minded individual where you can challenge yourself, set achievable goals, and celebrate progress.

Big Sister

Big Sister helps girls aged 9-15 in target areas feel ‘sport ready’ by recruiting a network of ‘big sisters’ to empower and enable girls to enjoy sport, exercise, and physical activity during puberty.

As part of our commitment to helping girls get into activity we are offering a free membership to girls who meet the eligibility criteria*, or a 50% discounted membership for all other girls

Our low-intensity exercises is specifically designed for individuals who want to improve their strength, posture, and overall mobility through chair-based exercises. Perfect for those who may have limited mobility or prefer a gentler approach to fitness, these exercises are effective in building core strength, enhancing flexibility, and improving posture—all while seated.

A low intensity aerobic workout for those aged 50+ incorporating stretching and exercises to loosen joints and improve flexibility.
