Eligibility to enter

How to enter

I. Entries must be made by filling in our online Microsoft form by guessing how many goals England will score in total in the football tournament

II. All entrants will be contacted by the centre and will be offered a free 5 day pass. Already a member? You can give this 5 day pass to a friend.

III. Closing date for entries is Sunday 23rd June 2024.

IV. Entries will be reviewed and the participant that has answered correctly will be selected as the winner. If multiple participants answer correctly, a winner will be picked at random

V. The winner will receive one of our parties. The party will be redeemable for 12 months after you have been contacted.

VI. The prizes are as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.

VII. If a prize is declined, or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.

VIII. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

IX. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

I. Winners will be notified privately by email by Sunday 21st July 2024. 

II. The Promoter will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.

III. If a winner does not respond to emails notifying them of their win within seven days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

IV. The Promoter will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

Receipt of prize

I. Please allow up to 14 days for collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

5 day pass T&C's

i. No purchase necessary but you will need to register as a free Places Member.

ii. The pass offers Premium Membership benefits for 5 consecutive days, after which you will remain a free Places Member.

iii. One free pass per year per person.

iv. Facilities vary by site. Please check what is available at your local site to avoid disappointment.

v. Places Leisure Camberley, Wokingham Leisure Centre and Dover District Leisure Centre are not included in this promotion.

vi. If you'd like to use the gym, please make an appointment for your first visit. This is so that we can get to know your goals and keep you safe.

vii. We take our responsibilities to juniors seriously. For 11-17 year olds a parent/guardian (18yrs+) must sign the Health Commitment Statement (HCS) and a gym introduction may be required. Under 16's accessto the gym is limited to set times. Specific age range classes can be attended and may require attendance with a parent/guardian.

viii. We reserve the right to refuse admission without reason. Free passes are not always available immediately.

Data protection and publicity

I. Winners agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the competition. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.

General

I. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the competition at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.

II. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
