We run the following supervised sessions for children aged 11-15 years to attend:

- Saturday - Sunday 10.00am - 10.55am, 1.00pm - 1.55pm, 5.00pm - 5.55pm
All junior gym users must complete a group introduction before using the gym independently. These sessions last 30 minutes and can be booked with a member of our team when joining.
An induction will need to be completed at each centre to be used
Once a junior member has completed their introduction and received programme advice they can attend outside the above supervised sessions with a parent/guardian or appropriate adult (18+) on a ratio of a maximum four juniors per adult.

Meet Fasal
"I was diagnosed with MS 13 years ago. At that time, I spent my leisure time running, cycling, enjoying martial arts and occasional trekking.
Over the years, I became increasingly disabled and, bit by bit, had to give up all my physical pursuits until I was in a wheelchair. The enforced sedentary lifestyle left me feeling depressed and, while not quite suicidal, I felt I had nothing left to look forward to. At 52, life was as good as over.
After being made redundant last June, I decided to try getting back in the gym but my first attempt resulted in disappointment. Between my wheelchair and limited arm function, I simply couldn't use any of the equipment.
The turnaround came when Dave showed me how to navigate the equipment despite my disability. I'll never forget the first time I felt my heart beating a little faster, breath quickening a little and the long-forgotten feeling of muscles straining against weight resistance.
I now hit the gym three times a week. My muscle tone has improved significantly and I now have the strength to propel my wheelchair uphill somewhat. My T Shirts now fit noticeably snugger :)
I have no idea if working out will slow my disease progression but I do know that I feel a lot, lot better about myself. About life"
