Junior fitness
We believe a physically active child is much more likely to become a physically active adult.
We run the following supervised sessions for children aged 11-15 years to learn about the world of fitness!
We encourage children to enjoy an active lifestyle and believe a physically active child is much more likely to become a physically active adult.
Our junior fitness is included within the 4 free juniors Premium membership offering. Teens from the age of 11 years can use the gym*
*Please note that outside of the supervised teen fitness sessions, juniors aged 11-15 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian aged over 18. The supervision ratio must be 1 adult/guardian to 4 juniors.
All junior gym users must complete a group induction before using the gym independently. These sessions last 30 minutes and can be booked with a member of our team when joining.
An induction will need to be completed at each centre to be used
Prior to attending the gym, a HCS form must also be completed with the authorisation of the juniors’ parent or carer.
Each junior is issued a programme card by the PT during the gym introduction to encourage and enforce safe practise within the gym.
All junior fitness sessions are supervised by a Level 3 Personal Trainer. Please see below the timetable:
- Monday - Friday 3.30pm - 4.30pm and 4.30pm - 5.30pm
- Saturday & Sunday 10.00am - 11.00am
Please note an additional session Monday - Friday during the school holidays runs 10.00am - 11.00am.
