We offer a wide range of fun activities for the whole family to enjoy in and out of the pool.
From activities to keep the little ones active during the school holidays, to parties for that special day, to fun and active ways to spend some quality family time together - we have something for everyone.
Gymnastics
Bouncing, spinning and rolling, and more…
Our gymnastics programme follows British Gymnastics’ Rise Gymnastics scheme – a modern take on a wonderful, legendary sport. Children of all ages and abilities have the power to shine with Rise Gymnastics.
Learning through fun games and activities to enable gymnasts to develop physically, socially and emotionally, your child will build key foundation skills for life. Achievements will be rewarded regularly with certificates and medals, and you can follow all of their progress in real-time using the Course Hub.
We also offer adult gymnastics.
Trampolining
Bounce to new heights with one of our trampolining courses! Following the Trampolining Proficiency Awards Scheme, our trampolining courses teach simple aerial tricks all the way up to big-air stunts. Our courses are adaptive for all abilities. Trampolining helps children build strong, healthy muscles and bones, and increases flexibility, balance, and coordination as well as discipline, self-esteem, and social skills.

SEND Gymnastics
With a lower coach-to-child ratio, coach support and encouraged participation, your child will have all the tools they need to flourish with their gymnastics in a calm and safe environment. Aged 5+

Active Play and Bounce
Let your child run wild on our inflatable obstacle course! Our inflatable adventure course with soft matting, soft play shapes, hoops and more is great for developing gross motor skills, social interaction, keeping active and most of all – having fun!
Active Play & Bounce
Fun and motivating sessions for your little people. Children under 5 years can explore and play on the bouncy castle and soft play shapes. Parents need to accompany their children to these sessions.
Spaces are limited, please pre-book your session!
When are the sessions?
- Tuesdays 9.30am - 11.30am
How much does it cost?
- £3.00 for members
- £4.50 for non members,
- £1.50 for additional child. (Based on 1 adult 2 children)
Racket sports
- 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
- All times at weekends.
One player must be a child and must be partaking in the activity. To book your court please contact Reception today.

Trampoline Party
Whether you are a regular ‘jumper’ or new to the sport, Trampoline Birthday Parties can cater for everyone. All of our trampoline parties are led by a Qualified British Gymnastics coach in addition to fun games.
Bouncy Castle Party
Endless fun with your little one, with our super bouncy castle and soft play equipment.
Gymnastics Party
Bounce, spin and roll in our gymnastics parties! Enjoy games and fun activities to bring out the gymnast in you.
Multi Sports Party
An hour of sporting games with up to 2 of the following: Football, Table tennis, Badminton, Short tennis.
Pool Party
Have a ‘splashing time’ with this exciting and fun party! You will have lots of playtime with our floats and pool toys. Under 8’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 2 under 8’s to 1 adult.
