Zoggs’ sustainability journey makes waves of progress

The planet can’t wait!

Zoggs, our swimwear and swim accessories partner, are on a mission to reduce their impact on the environment through numerous sustainable initiatives.

From greener packaging, a reduction of single use plastics, and using recycled fabrics, Zoggs believes in doing what they can to preserve the planet for the future. Their ambition is to become a greener and more eco-conscious brand while helping to cut down on plastic. Read on to discover exactly how!

Swimwear

When it comes to swimwear, Zoggs are highly conscious of the materials used in its production processes. They actually introduced their first sustainable swimwear fabrics made from post-consumer plastic bottles (Ecolast and Ecolast+) five years ago! Then in 2022, they launched Ecodura, a sustainable fabric made from 100% recycled PET bottles, which Zoggs use to make their water shorts. Fast forward to today, Zoggs recycles over 1.7 million post-consumer plastic bottles every year to make their swimwear. Not to mention, the swing tags on swimwear and shipping bags are recyclable and are made from 100% recycled materials.

Goggles & Equipment

Sustainability doesn’t stop at swimwear, Zoggs’ goggles and equipment are also a big part of their
sustainability journey. Zoggs have reduced their goggle packaging by 57% and implemented a ‘trap
blister goggle casing’, which can be cut out and reused as a goggle case! Their Sling Bags are made from 110% recycled PET bottles, while the Learn to Swim packaging is now made from recyclable cardboard materials.

There you have it! Whether you’re wearing Zoggs to make a splash in one of our pools or take a dip in the sea, you know you’re supporting a brand that’s doing some good for the planet.
