The clue is in the name! Les Mills’ BODYSTEP class is based around step aerobics, providing a feel-good cardio workout with basic stepping, squatting, and lunge exercises at its core.

Combined with movements such as push ups, burpees, and weighted plate exercises, it’s working your whole body too!

All classes are under an hour, and you’ll be led by one of our experienced instructors, whether you’re at one of our live classes or a virtual one*. Get ready for upbeat, motivating music to keep you going throughout the workout too!

What do I need for a BODYSTEP class?

With the variety of exercises in a BODYSTEP class, make sure you wear stretchy gym clothes and trainers that allow for maximum body movement!

No need to worry about equipment either, this will be provided for in the gym or studio where the class is taking place. 

As with any type of workout, you’ll be working up a sweat! Don’t forget to pack a bottle of water in your workout bag so that you can stay hydrated throughout the class.
