What are virtual classes?
Virtual classes are the same workouts you’ve got to know and enjoy (or want to try) at one of our centres, just with a virtual instructor!
Usually lasting 30 minutes to an hour, our virtual classes have everything you need to stay active, have fun, and get you closer to your goals.

Fun fact: a study from Les Mills showed that the audio-visual parts of a virtual class actually encouraged participants to work out harder, with less discomfort! Read on to see why we love them…
Greater workout flexibility
We often find that there’s more availability for virtual classes at our centres compared to classes with an in-person instructor (live workout classes) - even during busier periods of the year. This can ensure you don’t miss out on making your workouts work for you. The extra availability allows you to complete the class you want at a time that suits you. Finding a class that you can do regularly at a time that works for you will help you commit to it and make progress in the long run.
A motivational atmosphere
Our virtual classes still take place in our studios, just with our Les Mills master trainers on the screen.
As for the upbeat atmosphere and ambience, that’s no different either. Pumping music, motivation from the trainer, and the social nature of a virtual class are still there to keep you going (and coming back!).
A class for everyone
If you’re a regular in one of our live workout classes, it’s likely that you’ll see the same variety of exercises and professional equipment in our virtual classes, so it won’t be too different to what you already know.

What types of virtual classes are there?
You can expect to see many virtual versions of some of Les Mills’ most popular live workout classes across our centres*. Curated with fitness professionals and led by highly skilled presenters, the workouts included in our classes are loved by millions across the world!

How can I access virtual classes?
Accessing our virtual classes couldn’t be easier! Simply visit your centre’s timetable, click the ‘Classes’ button, look out for the specified virtual sessions, such as ‘BODYCOMBAT ™ VIRTUAL’, then hit Book. Don’t forget that making and managing your classes can be done on our app!
